Car history:
1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Roadster Convertible. This is a complete numbers matching car, from bumper to bumper. It has a 350/300 horse engine and is a 3 speed manual shift. This car has 61,000 original miles! 1 of 252 3 speed cars for 1969 Corvettes, and it has been narrowed down statistically to one of 50 or less for this specific type of car. It is coming out of a small private collection. It has new paint, and the interior is new or restored to 61,000 mile car status. This car drives even better than the miles reflect! One of the 3 fan belts is OEM original to the car and I have all the original spark plugs and wires in a box, because all new have been added. It wears the original shocks that still have shock stickers with one missing that I took off for documentation. It still has the original red posi track tab on rear end. When the tires were changed, all the wheels had their original stickers on them as well, and one was taken off for my own documentation. Original Cortez Silver paint color!! Shift pattern is very tight, just like new! Interior lights all work like new and the AM/FM Radio works great! This car had the headlight washer option. Some addition features include, but not limited to: power steering, 4 wheel disk brakes, Big Block Hood, fender gille bezels and original T3 headlights. Every piece to the distributor spark plug covers are in good, original condition. The breather top and base is OEM. Fan clutch is OEM to car, and never changed. This is a true survivor!!! Motor is un-molested. I did not restore the car to brand new condition. It's been restored to 61,000 mile status or better. I thought it would do its survivor history more justice. Windshield, top, carpet, seat upholstery, rubber seals, and tires are the things that are new to the car. Anything else that has been replaced have come off of parts cars. Whoever gets this car will no doubt be very happy, and not the least bit dissapointed. This is a heck of a Sunday Driver, cruiser, and is very dependable!! All offers will be considered. We have more pictures that can easily be emailed upon request.
Colors from the trim plate. Suffix motor code is HY. 61,000 miles. April 1, 2008.
